Richard grew up in Los Angeles, where his passion for real estate and architecture were sparked during a visit to Frank Lloyd Wright’s Hollyhock House. He developed this passion by working on summer projects renovating and restoring Spanish style homes throughout high school and college. After graduating from Morehouse College, Richard moved to NY where he pursued careers on Wall Street, management consulting, and telecom. While living in NY, he and his wife, Loren, remodeled a 125 year old Brooklyn brownstone. For the last 10+ years Richard and his wife Loren have been investing in and renovating Atlanta properties and helping clients design and build spaces that increase functionality and grow value.
